So, I've only adjusted a few times but have noticed that my throttle gets stuck in the closed position. I would have to firmly press the gas pedal to get it to loosen up, but would make the truck jump a tad. I've disconnected all linkages to the efi unit to troubleshoot, and it's confirmed that it is the unit getting stuck. Any solutions or suggestions?

Adjust the throttle blade. Turn the throttle blade screw clockwise. Adjust IAC

I will be spinning my engine 7200-7500rpm. If I use the WOT 6000 rpm point. Above 6000 rpm will the unit continue to target lower AFR. For example if I set target after to 12.7 @ 6000 will it continue on and target say low 12s at 7000+ RPM?

I have a brand new 400 HP system on my customers truck and the afr's will not write to the ECU it keeps going back to the factory settings I've tried to call fitech but of course they're at lunch so I can't talk to anybody if they're going to serve internationally they need to have people on the phone tech line at all hours

Thank you for uploading these informational videos. I would like to ask you if I chance the AFR values is it enough to be richer when I changed the exhaust system. Or should I also add fuel on F tables on cylinder? Regards

How do you adjust the afr limit in pro tuning? I need to run leaner than 14.7 at low revs and low load.

There is no exact answer to this. You should expect them to be +-10 most of the time but you can see more sometimes when the system is still learning.

Good morning, I have an LS 5.3 engine with Hooker system for a 1 turbo with a Fuel injection ultimate LS system, it is advisable to mount the two Wide Band and where in case it is one where it would be better

If you are running a single turbo we would recommend using a single oxygen sensor in the downpipe of the turbo.

I’m confused by the 1100 RPM adjustment at WOT and boost. My idle is at 900 RPM, 3000 RPM on the brake, therefore it’s technically never seeing the 1100 AFR correct? I’m not even seeing boost till around 2500RPMs as well. I feel like the AFR at 1100 is a mute point at WOT and boost. Am I right or wrong?

You are correct. The plot point is there but if your engine will not replicate the RPM/boost level the cell will never be used.

My unit has 45, 75 and 95. What is the 75 for?

75 kpa would be an example of a mid throttle position in most cases. The 45, 75, 95 are kpa readings which are how the system sees the engine load.

Why can't the boost kpa be set lower. Anything above 100kpa is gonna be boost...

The boost kpa is for boost. Therefore the value will be higher than 100kpa.

I have a 355 Sbc with a cam in it. It seems to run rich at idle. What would you believe my target afr should be. It’s on 14.5 I believe

@@garycasteel5387 Increase the CID of the engine by 30% on the handheld. Be aware that the HP rating drops when using E85. The kit will then support 420 HP.

@@railroado1238 You could have an exhaust leak.... If this cam is really big and has a lot of valve overlap you can target even leaner AFR's.

Thanks, these don't seem to be the issue. I was on your tech line for a couple hours Thursday. We tested just about everything including rpm noise and fuel pressure (44psi). I really appreciated his help, very patient!
