It gives me the feeling of safe and secure when Vern said “a person need to put their spouse first especially when they are married”. I’ve been telling my husband the same thing, but his mom always guilt trip him saying his parents should be his first priority. Buy them a house, a car etc. blah blah blah.. typical poor Filipino mindset.

Being married na kasi is a level up of things not a step down which sometimes happens because of course the level of comfort you have na towards each other. That’s why each partner needs to atleast make an effort on how to spice up or to make or have something that would interest both. Even if these things are little gestures lang, it does make the bond stronger. 💙 🤗

Agree. Date all you can while you have time. :) Celebrated 2 years of marriage with my husband. Compared nung engaged pa, maraming time pa mag-date . pero nung may baby, change of priority na. HAHAHA pero we make time to have "date" time like simple kain lang sa labas, massage or facial to catch up and keep the fire burning. :)
