Sir vic im working as a cleaning company and i submit my company letter but the manager he told me if i change my company he cancel my visa or going home. He didnt aproval mg resegnation and one guy he told if i change and go he report me and file the case ranaway.

My company want to reduce my salary so I didn't accept that offer, I said what salary mentioned in my labour contract and my offer letter if you give me the same salary then I will work otherwise give me NOC, so my manager telling that you have to option either you have to work on low salary orelse I will cancel you QID.

After 5 days ago I received notification under review rejected from MOL. then my company cancelled my QID I couldn't access my metrash due to residency cancellation. Hi, you can go to the ministry of labour with your documents including the new offer letter and report your company, explain everything to them and request for QID reactivation

The QID you have now belongs to your new current company, so for you to move it's was because you are on probation period, just send them your resignation letter by email and use it to Apply for a new job

I wrote a Resignation letter to my company with a notice period finished, I don't attend duties and from there I was told by HR that being absent am breaching the contract since he refused to accept my resignation letter. Just wait for your approval, most important thing is that you sent a resignation by email, they have no right to deny or accept your resignation. You have all rights to resign at any given time

Good evening I resigned from old company and they are giving resignation letter but they are not stamp on that. Without stamp can i apply online. Another one Can i join new company without applying in online. Became my new company told me they only apply after a month of joining. But my old company given me last working day 03.03.21.is there any problem to join new company with applying online
