Hello Fred, good day. You have got me glued to my phone in search of new information from TFE. Thanks for all your efforts. I was denied a study permit by Canada due to insufficient funds this year, and you series has rekindled my spirit to forge ahead. Pls I need a step by step guide on how I can successfully apply with a waiver and securing a scholarship. Having you establish that such is possible in the USA, and with stipends is indeed an awesome advantage. I watched your SIU video and written to the graduate studies (sociology) program director, who unfortunately hasn't replied to my email. Please, if there are better options to reaching them at Carbondale. Thank you.

For each school, I see she list of faculty members, can I randomly pick anyone of them and email him/her, or is there a particular office/faculty (may b office of d registra or something) I need to email?
