Wow that's a lot of work. Going to try to pick mines up from a local seller.

For anyone interested in purchasing the Koogo model , there is a couple of flaws that you should be aware of. First, when the key is turned on, the odometer is only displayed for 5 seconds before it changes to the battery voltage where it remains. You never see the odometer again until the key is cycled. I confirmed with the dealer (Ottawa) that all the models do this. Secondly, the speedometer is not accurate, seems to be about 10km/h off. I confirmed this by riding next to our Ado model and a phone app. Thirdly, because the speedometer is a way off, the odometer is also a way off. The only item left on the display that’s really needed is the battery level indicator and I’m unsure if this is accurate yet. Until I can confirm, I’m not traveling long distance. Some serious reprogramming must be done for the display info to be useful. The dealer and Emmo have been made aware with no response. Understand that Emmo model’s maybe designed in Canada but the real design and manufacturing is done in China making solving this issue more difficult if at all.

My brand new emmo ado scooter does not work and I can't get any customer service from the company. I now own a very expensive nice looking lawn ornament that I can't use or return. Should have done my research but the reviews were very good on their website. Still hoping for a solution but the customer service is non existent. I was really excited to purchase the scooter and use it for commuting to work but I can't use it.
