Adobe Premiere Pro CC: Understanding Program vs Reference Monitor (Tutorial / How to) 

i am freshly new to the adobe premier its been 3 days that i am learning and believe me "justin is amazing as i am getting every detail in with points and eloboration

I don't know what triggers the Reference Frame switch, but I spent a good year struggling with this concept until I found this video. Thank you.

This video didn't help too much it made me realize that I always had the reference monitor open instead of the Programmmonitor oops

This video is way too long and needlessly complicated. I still don't understand, in a few words, what is the difference between Program and Reference monitor!!! Simplify Einstein!
