It is a vegetable version of Adobo which is made of kangkong or water spinach cooked in soy sauce, vinegar, etc. Perfect for those who are vegans or wants to have a healthy dish. Serve while it’s hot and best partner with a fried galunggong and a freshly steamed rice.

Ingredients:
2 bunch of kangkong (water spinach)
6 cloves of garlic
2 medium-sized onions
3-5 tbsp of water
4-6 tbsp of soy sauce
3 tbsp of vinegar
2 dried bay leaves
1/4 tsp of ground pepper
1/2 tsp of sugar
1 tsp of sesame oil (optional)
