1tbsp - Cooked Bagoong
3tbsp - Water
Salt & pepper to taste
Garnish
Fried garlic
2 bunch - Kangkong stalk (chopped)
1/4 cup - Pork Giniling
2cloves - Minced Garlic
Salt & pepper to taste
Sauce
2 tbsp - Cornstarch
1/4 cup - Water
(Slurry)
1 tbsp - Oyster sauce
1 tbsp - Soy sauce
1 tbsp - Sugar
1 tsp - Black pepper
2 tbsp - Sesame oil
Garnish
Fried garlic
