What an amazing story, brought me to tears. This guy is a true hero. He risked his life to help others escape death on daily basis. Not to mention the talent and fortitude it took to complete these documents. He is so humble that he won't display the numerous awards and metals he received saving all those children and adults. I have so much admiration for him! Thanks for sharing this 😊

Polish resistance which was the largest resistance against the German Nazis in occupied Europe, and that saved the most Jews during WWII needs to be talked about more. Reports like this one should be done about The Polish Righteous, as the Poles have the largest number of trees out of all Righteous Among the Nations today, it is even more impressive because of the fact that the German occupation was the most brutal in Poland.

I have been eyeing the post in You Tube for the longest time while cruising to find another post to view and finally clicked on it this morning. You never know someone until you get to know someone. It was another time and certain conditions would in all likelihood not be encountered but in the day that "children" could hold a job or learn about what can be done just never comes nowadays. he did well.

Adolfo died January 2023. This only shows his wartime career; post war he continued as a forger for groups fighting colonialism. He worked for Irgun and Stern gangs, but then stopped all his government work in Israel when it became clear they were embedding discrimination against non-Jews and elevating the Chief Rabbinate to a senior officer of state. He resigned from his work with the French Army over the Indo China war. Well worth reading more about him.

Kaminsky is an ethnic Polish surname, not French, and in the original Polish language it's written Kamiński with a Polish letter ń. In fact, I'm Polish, and I'm also Kamińska, so from the same family tree.😃 My full name is Natalia Małgorzata (Margaret) Kamińska. So he may be born in France, but he clearly has Polish roots.

Remember that it can be taken away very easily. see this famous quote : by Martin Niemöller First they came for the Communists And I did not speak out Because I was not a Communist Then they came for the Socialists And I did not speak out Because I was not a Socialist Then they came for the trade unionists And I did not speak out Because I was not a trade unionist Then they came for the Jews And I did not speak out Because I was not a Jew Then they came for me And there was no one left To speak out for me
