I had Covid recently and developed exactly what you’re talking about. Three days into it I became extremely anxious and couldn’t turn it down. I wasn’t sleeping well and I’d developed sensitivity to foods, medicine and supplements too. I’m also running a low grade fever. It’s been 4 weeks and it’s debilitating. I keep getting more and more anxious to the point I have to force myself to leave the house. Sometimes it’ll just go away on its own but always comes back. Now that I’ve developed anxiety about it, it rarely leaves me alone. I can feel the surges and my stomach stays hurting right below my ribcage. Also I clench my jaw and my mouth goes dry. I’m desperate for some help but from what I’m told there’s nothing that can be done. I’m now eating just bland foods because of the sensitivity and I do t have much of a life. If it continues I’ll probably have to sell my business and get on disability because it’s that bad. I’m a shell of who I was before Covid.
It sounds like you're going through a tough time. Focus on rest and gentle activities, and consider relaxation techniques like deep breathing or meditation to help manage anxiety. Give us a call at +1 626-571-1234 so we can talk more about your situation.
I have after Covid and it’s hell! It’s impossible to relax and maintain weight.! I am losing weight no matter what I eat. These rushes are involuntary and happen when I try to sleep. So I can’t sleep. Also the rushes are worse from the morning to late afternoon. They are very debilitating. I only have maybe 4 hours of the day (before bed) that it calms down. I can barely live my life and take care of myself.
I have a lot of these symptoms.....I can't afford your clinic. What do you suggest people like me can do? I was told by an endocrinologist in my area that there is no such thing as adrenal fatigue... I can't get help in my area. I try to decrease stress and relax.
I'm so sorry to hear about yoru relationship and what you're dealing with. If you need further help, call me to make an appointment and we can help with the adrenal support through telehealth.
First you need to see if you have dysautonomia. I think you can get an evaluation for $300 to $500 at most places that treat dysautonomia. Read what the symptoms of dysautonomia are as there are many. You actually can start with trying the laying down to standing up observation. You lay down for 10 or 15 minutes, take your heart rate while laying there, then stand up and take your heart rate every two minutes over the next half hour. If the heart rate increases more than 20 bpm during that half an hour you’ve had an abnormal heart rate increase, which is usually characteristic of dysautonomia. Usually people don’t have adrenaline issues without other symptoms too, Don’t give up trying to find reasonable health care from qualified professionals. It’s worth it to feel better.
You need to have a personalized approach to adrenaline dysuatonomia, there isn't a one size fits all type of fix as you want to get to the root cause of what's causing it. GIve us a call and we can guide you on this journey. 714-709-8000
Dr. Blair Grubb, one of the leading authorities on dysautonomia in the US, doesn’t distinguish types of dysautonomia. Adrenaline is going to play a role in any supposed type of it. He says there are two kinds. Familial and acquired, which they think is an auto immune response and yes, a virus can trigger it. I have it, and five of my adult children have it and were diagnosed when they were about 14. I would try to find a center that specializes in dysautonomia, and has been treating people for 15 years or so. They’re usually run by cardiologists or neurologists.
Thank you both of you for your very interesting and informative videos. Jeremy, you might want to address the people you are talking to more directly instead of looking at your computer and reading mechanically. Carry, your delivery is perfect.🙂
Phosphatidyl serine can modulate cortisol, but might not be for every body. It's important to take a whole person approach and not only just one system at a time.
