Thanks for video. Rarely you can see the assembly of the additional bed since nobody shows it. It is known that there is but it is difficult to see it mounted. In this case, I see the Rapido Vans system simpler and more effective, but Adria's is not bad at all.
So similar to the Free 600. Move the table onto the lower rail with part of the leg removed, fit the extra wooden board. Our one has two drop down folding legs which go near the sliding door and it sits onto the board under the rear bench set. No clips onto the front seats so they could be left facing forwards though it makes more room with them rotated. Two cushions which fit in to make the bed. The sliding door is blocked in the same way to the Adria. I expect that we could sleep a grandchild with just the table lowered and one cushion and we also reckon we could make up a bed under the rear bed as the space is big enough for a child. We will only use it a few times a year so that's why we did not take the pop up roof bed. We cut down a foam mattress to fit underneath the main bed. Looks like we could also sleep a child there and it would make a nice den. UPDATE: Our front seats have to face forwards to use the occasional bed so the same as the Adria.
In the end, I might not even take the bed with me anymore. Takes up a 3rd of the space in the trunk and we have not used it since our first trip. Kids love to sleep in the tent.
Hi @vanlossie, I love your videos and your enthusiasm. We love your 640SLB so much we just ordered one as a demonstrator for our Patented Cabbunk Twin childbed systems. There are times when you would need to all sleep inside the van (rather than put the side tent up) and I wondered, if I send you a Patented Cabbunk Twin system FOC, could you do a video review, as you have shown that the 'puzzle bed' is possible, but bulky and very inconvenient. Richard, Patented Cabbunk Ltd. (PS.I think your children would love it and it takes up no rear storage space, you can still use the table and seats and.......you can still get in and out of your sliding door!! Without having to buy a £5,000 poptop that structurally weakens the vehicle and makes it very dark......)
I tested the shower for the first time this weekend. I'll try to make a video about it,... hopefully soon. I was planning on making a full review video of the van in the near future and I have 2 vlogs/campsite reviews that need editing.
They most definitely are. If adria offered it I probably would have taken the option. I also looked at another brand that offered the pop-up but the quality of the rest of the van was not as good as I hoped when I actually saw one.
Van Lossie I saw these Adria twins at one of the big UK shows and they were very impressive, very well made so completely understand your choice :) - my ideal 2 adult, 2 child van conversion has yet to be made, probably needs to be part Victorinox designed though ;-) thanks for the response.
Great video I wondered how the bed was made up. Can you please show us where the habitation battery(s) are. I intend to fit two 100amp lithium batteries. The size of the space available if possible would be great. Thanks again.
How tall is the kid who sleeps on sideways? How tall kid would fit there-what is the measurement from the bench to the other bendh? Thank you for this video, it is really annoying that these details are not available in Adria´s homepage!
Duidelijke uitleg hoe het moet. 👍 Trouwens leuke vlogs. De Belgische Andrew Ditton....😉 Het blijft toch echter een gans gedoe om dit te installeren. Ook het opbergen onder het bed is niet zo eenvoudig als al je spullen eronder staan. Mijn 3e bed bij m’n Twin staat in mijn berging en wordt nooit gebruikt. Dit maakt ook duidelijk dat een VAN echt wel voor maximaal twee personen bedoelt is.
Daar is iets voor te zeggen. Heb net een weekend met 3 volwassenen gedaan en de 3de zij dat het bed goed lag. Het is wel zo dat het echt ni practisch is en de kids slapen prima in de tent.

Do you see the system to purified water tank of van ? I see the system tank-O3 , just simple thing to install in water tank , and create ozone in water tank to purified completely and all the time the water, so you can drink it everytime, I have to install that in mine , need electric power on it , check on internet you can see how it work If you don’t do that you have to empty and clean completely water tank 2 times/year to Eliminate bio and bacterys inside I just receive my ridge monkey I see on your video , and it so coooooooool , I like your videos and learn stuff with you !!
Hi ! Il very impatient to have my adria 640 SGX ! I took many help and ideas from you , do you think about seat covers ? , and do you know where to find covers for the bed ? , mine is in 3 part , like you but very different
@@vanlossie This is the problem. In Spain, we don't have an Adria dealer that can provide this bed, or at least we haven't been able to find one. I would be grateful if you could provide us with the address of a dealer who has this bed, even if they are outside of Spain
