I am a new subscriber. Great video and yes, it is a great van .... ordered mine in April 2022, but must wait 1 year before delivery. Now to catch up on your previous videos!
Just telling you, that I have seen all your videos about this van and they have been very helpfull, so please continue with the good job. Hope to see you soon some day on my 2020 640SGX. Regards from Spain
I think the beds Dimensions are on the adria website. You should see one. I would only buy the SGX if you have a solid reason for the garage. Motorcycle for example, that said, you could use a trailer just as easily. In all other scenarios I believe the bigger cupboards above the bed, the 2 extra under the beds, the little bit more space to move next to the bed and the easier access in and out of the bed makes the SLB the better option. Also, it’s cheaper 😉.
**NotteTempo** I fully agree. I am getting the Roadcruiser XL. It feels so big inside, and has a lot of storage....and next year will have a rear salon option....watch out the 2021 model....
Jean Luc Scalabre i can see the appeal of the summit prime but I just looked up the roadcruiser xl... does not do it for me 🤷♂️. But hey that is why there are so many options in the market. There is something for everyone 👍
Picking this model up March 4th in same colour just lived with a auto fail 635 v line sport it was crap this van is a far superior product........I hope lol
Thanx for a good review! I find the Aircondition option eliminating skylight extremely annoying. Adria must find a solution to it. The USP of Adria is its skylights and swell Toilet .
Great videos, keep them coming. I want a van to carry a scooter. With the SLB do the rear beds fold up so you can place a scooter in the rear? If yes, can you do an example using your van please? I currently have a Honda Forza 300 but it may be too heavy at 189kg but being an old fart I've a full C license so maybe upgrading the MAM weight is an option or just get a light 100kg Suzuki Address or Honda Vision. I've yet to find a suitable video showing either of these scooters being loaded and unloaded in a van or motorhome rear garage. I could also consider a side loading trailer. Thanks.
@@vanlossie Yes indeed, we took off the long wavy horizontal black stripes and a few Hymercar and Free 600 badges. We kept some to identify the van but it's a lot cleaner without all the black lines. Simply heat with a normal hair drier (not a diy hot air gun) and slowly peal off with a fingernail. Any residue of glue can be cleaned with white spirit.
Thank you kindly for your useful reviews. Just one question about the Supreme 640 SLB. A few users complain about the stove because when they accidentally spill some liquid like water or milk while cooking, the liquid leaks through the knobs and gets into the upper drawer. Have you ever noticed any trouble like this? Thank you once again!
Yes, not via de knobs but via the rubber feet of the hubs itself... yeah I expect me to replace the whole thing at some point. It’s only an issue when you are cleaning it
You are doing a nice job to promote Adria vans.....but Pössl vans are far superior in every aspect. Pössl makes only vans. They specialize in vans and offer a wide range of arrangement options. The interior is much « warmer » than Adria, and the quality feels better. The grey and white Adria interior is terrible I think....
That last point I can’t agree or disagree over, that is a very personal thing. I love the grey and white, and I really find the dark brown beige combo ugly. Other than that the pössl is indeed a very good high quality van but I did not perceive it as better or worse in build quality. The garage is better than ours for sure. If the skyroof existed last year, this would have been on my short list. So you could by either and be happy with it, it comes down to colors and that is something people can never agree on 😅
That’s a good question. Importing can be an issue somethimes as regulations may differ. Don’t expect this to be a problem coming from eu to us. Have you tried reaching out to Adria or try reaching out to a EU dealer to see if something can be arranged. The easiest thing I would expect is to find a local custom van builder and see if he is willing to copy the design if he can find the parts. 😕
