Lewis was just a little boy then that couldn’t handle the mind games of Manley. He fell for them hook line and sinker. Taylor punished Manley in the final after that.
I was stood next to Peter Manleys brother in law just before the final started and Manley texted him to say 'put some money on me getting beat 7-0!' He would never have beaten Taylor over 13 sets, and he knew that, but I distinctly remember him having darts at tops to win a set and he nearly launched the dart out of the Circus Tavern it was that far away! Bloody cheat.
@RiftDisruptor Peter Manley Can't Play? is this the same guy who has reached 3 World Ch'ship Finals 1999, 2002, 2006 and they were against Phil Taylor as well, he Won a Major when he beat john part for the Las Vegas Desert Classic in 2003

@select899 you should care. There, Their, They're. Where, Were, Wear. Your, You're. They all mean very different things. You originally told everyone that both these darts players own something called "both overweight" with the wrong use of the word "their". Which of course makes no sense. You need to get these things nailed down. You'll be a better person for it. People died in trenches for you to learn all this ;-)
