I just started a few days ago working out with jump rope and it is harder than it looks, you burn over 300-400 cal in 10 min. Boxing is a lot of fun, such a rush.

She could kick anyone's ass, as for being skinny she's perfectly fine here. Adriana's toned and in the best shape she ever has been. Now she's pregnant an said she can't wait to get back in shape via twitter.

this just shows being a supermodel isn't always easy work. A lotta people complain and say supermodels are lucky cuz they're born with amazing bodies that don't need workout. GUESS What? they work out more intensly than everybody else.

i think she just meant we should be a little kinder to ourselves because these models have a lot of time to dedicate to this kind of thing as it is part of their livelihood. for those of us who are not supermodels, we must squeeze in workouts when we can, as we have jobs that have nothing to do with working out, kids, other responsibilities, etc. it is, of course, possible, but much more difficult.

There's a difference between being skinny and being fit like Adriana is now. She has muscle definition. You look like you're 17'ish. When you pass your mid 20's, your metabolism tends to slow down and you have to work to maintain your body. On top of that Adriana had a baby. She didn't get her model body back by doing nothing. I like that she's honest enough to admit that and actually shows us what she does. And yes, FIT models who claim otherwise are lying.

haha yeah, that was me too my whole life. not to frighten you but just wait, it'll change ;) gained a ton of weight out of nowhere, then worked really hard to lose it all. ultimately left me more the wiser!

that's my point. it doesn't matter wether they model for vogue or victoria's secret (although if they model for the latter, they probably also model for the former,) it's a messed up industry that requires these women to take care of their bodies in an unhealthy manner.

He was in a sparring accident and is actually blind in that eye as a result, it might not look that nice if he's covering it. :)

I'm so sick and tired of all those perfect girls saying "nooo I don't work out at all and I eat everything I want". It's refreshing to see a model who isn't afraid to admit that keeping in shape requires hard work.

I've been doing all those exercises from the VS podcast for 6 months and they are damn hard and good, cause the most of them are easy to do, and I do it at home, 3 or 4 times a week. Im very thin and lazy, but those workouts gives more shape to my body and makes me have more energy.

For people jealous of her body, I just want to say that she DESERVES what she has! I mean look at that!

Model agencies frequently lie about height in order for a model to fit the typical requirements, ex: girls who are 5'8 usually are listed as 5'9 sometimes even 5'10, and girls who are taller than 6'0 are typically listed at 5'11-5'11.5". Victoria's secret listed Karlie at 6'1 which is most definitely closer to her real height. I think personal experience trumps internet, I was standing no more than a few feet away from her.

Adriana is way different than I expected. I thought she was just a self centered bimbo but she seems very genuine. She's very accomplished. :)
