I was so inspired to do this workout just because Adriana Lima is doing it. There's no lying as to result because we all see the perfect outcome that is Adriana herself. 5 months ago I started doing this workout and I weighed 138 lbs. Now I'm only 113 lbs. There are times I get lazy but I always think of Adriana as fitspiration so I keep going and now, working out became an addiction I could never live without. Adriana is a true role model. ❤️
+gabby dixson I do this workout with more repetitions than this video. I also do other workouts (not in this video) and I always always make sure that at the end of my workout, I'm able to work every part of my body from head to toe (I do 'fish-face' exercise too to sharpen my cheekbone and I started to see big difference after a year of doing it). I workout these days to boost my confidence and not for the sole purpose of getting abs which was originally my goal.
i used to think these bodies were so attractive and believe that i could only be beautiful if i had a body like the vs angels. but getting older i see that beauty truly does come in all shapes and sizes and that there is not one standard for beauty and for myself, i actually do prefer some curves on me. not degrading any thinner women but just finally feeling content that everyone is beautiful and has their own preference which is completely fine
+americangirl Um... what I'm tryin' to say is that there is a ripple effect. You get one known celebrity or famous face to work with and word of mouth spreads on how good you are and more people will pop in to see if they can sign up. Comprende?
Nebulousss agreed! Her tummy is amazingly flat. That's so so impressive for a woman who gave birth twice (it's of course natural to look different after giving birth though, Adriana is an iconic supermodel so she looks like this haha).

Whether she's doing it properly or not, her goal is to maintain her body for the runway and not for the boxing. So for as long as she is punching (proper or not), she is burning extra fat.
