Maybe its because the reality show did not allow FURTHER DETAILS to be revealed to defend her on her behalf But to be fair to her, directors,producers, big money audiences, reality shows pander to scripts,roles, and editing to DELIBERATELY make her the bad-guy-role. But... Lord... look at that AWESOME MATCHING SUPER-LOVING- PERFECT-BEAUTIFUL-COUPLE!!!! He glows with love for her. Nothing else should matter to Adrianne. That guy is soooo blessed that she overlooked his age. More power to him to keep holding on to her.

As for him being rich, he's worked hard for the money, try taking care of a patient and dealing with their family members and you'll know what I mean. Honestly, I think she's trans. I think that was the _real_ reason there was such a hoo-ha about her using a surrogate. On season two she clearly had a brow ridge which is a feature only the male skull has. I think she's had it shaved down now. I think the surgery is to try and look more feminine, and ofcourse, younger. Some people would rather look completely plastic than show even the slightest sign of aging.
