The real housewives franchise is a beautiful documentary on the power struggles inherent in the hierarchical societal interactions between women and LVP is the reigning queen. To reach the top is a blood sport and Lisa may be called calculating and manipulative (because she certainly is) and perhaps even cold but she's absolutely the most adept player in the game that I've ever seen. Watching her make Adrienne grovel was special kind of high. It fills me with evil glee to think that she may have even been the one responsible for selling the story... but either way she out-manoeuvred Adrienne by forcing her to acknowledge that because she has no proof it must be considered to be a baseless accusation. Poor Adrienne really squirmed and Lisa was only as magnanimous as she had to be. Delicious. The smack down of the century. Because of this epic victory Lisa will live two years longer than she would have otherwise. You can watch her rejuvenate as Adrienne apologizes.

You can tell LVP is basking in her matriarch role. This was the season where she was at her peak where everyone was on her side and knew how to play everyone. Now (season 8) she holds back. Shes not as funny as she used to be.

Ive only started watching the show and my immediate favourite was Lisa. Yes, she may be manipulative but I think everyone in the show is. I mean, what is the point of this show if there is no drama and divas?? Lisa is a business woman.. and this show was another business venture. She is calculating, yes, but intelligent. Why show your full vulnerability to millions of people when you know how to control the narrative?

I feel she's nervous...I don't mean to make her nervous.. That much ;) She's a force to be reckoned with!!
