Wow.... I am so impressed! This is such a clear, systematic and facsinating tour. The presentation of the choises made and the ratio behind them is so important to me as a potential cliwnt. Shower is great. We put a lot of storage in the kitchen and the owner will end up putting in a Murphy bed for more space saving

Hey Aileen, I have done 3 ADUs on hillside properties. It’s obviously much harder but if it’s not crazy slopes then it’s just a bit more grading

I am very confused man. You stated that this house is very dear to your heart. Did you purchase this house for yourself and your family that you converted this garage into an ADU later on in the video you said the homeowners the homeowners what are you talking about? What do you mean?
