Very nice! Too bad I have two bad knees, so I can't handle the stairs. I also can't afford the place. A set of curtains along the railing in the loft would be great. It would provide more privacy when needed, but they could be opened when more light and air circulation are wanted. My handicap accessible apartment has a large, centrally located windowless hall. The bedroom, bathroom, and living room open off it. The hall also has a cable outlet, a phone jack, and several electrical outlets, so it can be used as a home office, which I am happy to do. The doorway into the living room is large, open, and people can see all the way into the hall through the living room windows if they want to. I had one my brothers put up a shower curtain in that doorway with a pretty shower curtain on it. The background is off-white so it lets in some of the light from the living room windows. The picture on it is not the least bit bathroomy. It's a cute nature scene. I get plenty of privacy in there with the curtain closed. There is air circulation above and below the closed curtain, but at the same time it holds in the heat in the colder months, so that I can keep the baseboard heaters in the other rooms turned down a little while I'm on the computer. Indoor curtains--not at a window--definitely have a place in some situations. One could also create a decorative illusion of a window by putting curtains next to a large mirror. I hope you make a lot of money selling the plans for this small home. It really is very nice. It has more counter space than I expected, and 2 bathrooms. With 2 official bedrooms, a loft that can be used in a variety of ways, and room in the living room for a sofa bed to handle overnight guests, along with a lot of closet space, you have a winner here.🏡🏆🤗

Yall should have built a wall closing the top floor making it another completely seperate bedroom
