"We're not losing on fun things but the wrist is actually detrimental" Literally how I feel about the series 5 tweens. They're cute now that I'm seeing them more but man the lack of wrist articulation just ooooooff hurts my soul sm😭. Personally I can do without stands but the articulation is such a must fr. !!!OMG I can't believe I'm not the only that gets transgirl from her!!! I don't care if it's canon or not but she's a transgirl in my heart along with Flora💕🥰!
im sooo sad theyre getting rid of the wrists :(( the click knees meant that omg always had limited poseability and i feel like the articulation added a ton of play value for the target demographic plus being attractive to collectors. tweens series 2 was what got me into doll collecting and its sad to see the doll reniassance slowly peter out
The wrist articulation is literally integral to fashion dolls insofaras it allows for easy changing of the clothes. Losing the wrists on the MGA lines almost defeats the purpose. Also no stand??? Guhbye.
I'm not as familiar with OMG LOL dolls. I've got 4...but not tweens...you should do a video comparison from the older ones ( you said they came with bedroom scene ) to the newer ones.
this series is so baaad. the designs are lacking, like they needed a few more passings and revisions between designers, and the lack of articulation and stands is just the nail on the coffin. its so disappointing 🥺😭
IMO the first 3 series of Tweens and the Tweens Masquerade line were all fantastic. Series 4 was ok... I think I was put off by Olivia Flutter being dressed like a... let's just say way too risque for a tween. This series is ghastly. The yellow haired one looks like vomit.
I like Ellie fly the most so far, I like all the cloud motifs and there's something very 80/90s about her so super cute 😍 now personally I don't care for the lack of wrist articulation because omg tweens are so small and hard to pose anyway so wrist articulation doesnt make much of a difference
