Season 2 of Adult Swim's Smiling Friends had its UK and Ireland linear premiere on E4 on Thursday 23rd May (effectively Friday 24th May) at 1.45am, starting off with the first episode of the new season, "Gwimbly: Definitive Remastered Enhanced Extended Edition DX 4K (Anniversary Director’s Cut)". This was followed by the first episode of Season 1 - "Desmond's Big Day Out".

I miss credit where they had voiced overs for, beats the squished credit in favor of promos.

Why does Cartoon Network UK do not have adult swim

Well that's because the UK has different laws and censorship Adult Swim has instead aired on Bravo, FX/Fox, TCM2, TruTV, Comedy Central (only Rick and Morty), and finally E4.

However Cartoon Network has timeshared in the UK with other channels, like TNT and TCM. They don't do that anymore and they're 24/7
