Those faux locs were so fire! Sad they didn’t work out but hopefully the next round is more successful. Also I hear you on the weight loss, I’ve cut back significantly on sugar and my belly fat has decreased. E no easy but we keep trying everyday. Have a great week ahead.
I'm so proud of you for the personal growth that you are making! I feel you about sugar. It is so hard limiting sweets and desserts. Your salad looks really good. I just wish that I ate avocado.
Love, love love watching your vlogs, thank you for sharing! Please please please, be careful with putting to much tension on your scalp. Inflammation can eventually lead to alopecia. If you are having to take painkillers then you are putting way too much tension on your follicles, especially with the braiding and adding extra hair to your lox. You may have to choose either lox or loose hair. As you like changing up your hairstyles, then loose hair would be the safer option for you. Your hair is beautiful as is! Sis, make the choice between either lox or loose hair, whilst you still can. Before you have no choice and have to permanently wear wigs to cover up alopecia. 🙏🏿🕊️❤️
Thanks lovely! My locs are here to stay and that’s why I took the faux locs out! It’s definitely possible to switch things up and maintain the integrity of your locs (especially with microlocs) it’s just a learning curve clearly 😂
Great video as always ❤ It's good you took out the faux locs straight away when you felt pain and tightness. You definitely saved your hair follicles! I've always been tender headed and I think I am more sensitive at certain times of the month. Hormones play a part for sure. Sidenote: your kitchen is fabulous 😍
👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾 Hello Ifeyinwa, the audio chosen for the b roll clips is top notch. The milk maid dress is so cute. Thanks for the motivation to make better health choices!
Hi Ifeyinwa, I too am getting back on track with my health goals. It really gets depressing sometimes especially the older you get with the hormones being out of whack…. But gotta keep trying. Hang in there we are rooting for you as I am for me!! We got this 💪🏽
I had to same experience. I tried to do some crochet goddess braids on myself and I could feel each individual loc being pulled. I took it down the next day. And I did that to myself. LOL. I think I will try individual instead. I have never been tender headed either, but the tension was unlike anything I have ever felt.
The opening🤌🏾🤌🏾. As someone in her mid 20’s your channel is such a breath of fresh air; I appreciate you so much. Thank you. P.S You have also influenced me to go to the gym, I even got the metcon 9s for motivation😅
Loved this vlog!! I am team frozen grapes also. Add some lime to it and some coconut sugar and it’s the best thing ever. I don’t eat sweets or chocolate but when I get the cravings this is my go to treat 🤤🤤
I wish I had your problems girl, thick locs. I'm really contemplating cutting mine off I just don't have that thickness. Love the positivity u surround ursrlf with its contagious, keep going.
Thank you for another great vlog!!!!Yep,that's the spirit..I felt the same about the scale but starting to really love me where I am on the journey to where I wanna be.❤
My daughters was never tender headed. However now she has locs she cannot bear any tugging. I think it's because of the low manipulation since having locs. I do her hair every 7/8 weeks.
Whenever mu finals are coming for my neck I remember Ifeyinwa. I am so glad to see you are much better. Keep it going girl 😍 Oh and to the jumpsuit I do not think it’s worth you needing to alter it. 😊
Hey Ifeyinwa, dont beat yourself up about your progress with your french lesson. I got a private french tutor last year and tried for at least 5 months. It was anything but easy cos family, work, life, adulting etc happened and also because french simply isn't easy! You will get better and better if you keep at it though.
Can definitely relate to the weight gain and trying to add in nutritious food. I am trying to get back in the gym and doing self care…life has definitely been life-ing. Great video, as usual 👍🏽
