I definitely feel that struggle with getting friends to go to a dance class 😩 I loveeeee to dance of my friends really do. But honestly, learning to go to dance classes by myself was such a great thing! It taught me to really tap into my potential and not lean on anyone else for comfort. I’d love to see more updates on your dance journey! 💗

How did you find these trainers or dance teachers to help you? I have been looking for adult dance classes or even just a private dance teacher and can’t find one that specializes in adult dancing
Success to me, is being happy with the quality of your work, of your state of mind, of your relationships, and your health. I want to become successful in those things but I don't know how to go about even getting near that level of peace in my life. This video is inspiring me to get moving but running is out of the pictures cuz I hate it.
