That noodles looks similar to indonesian food, it’s called “bihun goreng”. Maybe u can add minced garlic, oyster sauce, and sweet soy sauce to make it taste better, and bean sprouts will bring crunchiness.. and for the noodles try to soak it 1-2 mins in the hot water before cooking, I hope this helps you unnie😙 And I’ll give u my bihun goreng recipe, maybe u wanna try to make it... so the basic ingredients are (for 450 grams of noodles): 100 gr of Mustard green and cabbage (or another veggies like bok coy) 1 1/2 tbsp of minced garlic (or more) 5 small red onions or 2 for the big one 2 scallions 1 tbsp of fish sauce and soy sauce or just 1 tbsp oysters sauce (optional, i prefer to add oyster sauce and a lil bit more soy sauce) 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce 1 egg ( put at the end, like scrambled egg) 1 tsp salt and sugar (more or less, optional) A lil bit of pepper And also u can add : Diced chicken breast Sliced meatballs Small shrimps Bean sprouts Sliced chili (but i know u don’t like it) Hope u like it, Ashley Unnie☺️

I have few things to say : First i watched/heard the podcast that episode iwth BM and ph-1 and that part were u talked about how you feel about your creative part for singing for example so i am going to suggest smthg not to pressure you but maybe inspire you since youtube is the place where you re most creative now cause you are committed to it and all , i love how the episode starts like a show now so i was thinking how nice it would eb if you had like a theme song but like you're one singing it or if u have a cover here and there but like only if you want to and only if you enjoy ti i don't mean to be rude or smthg. Second inspiration for food not hte greatest cook myself ahah and asian cuisine is so different from north faricain except for the pepper paste and powder those are commun ingrediants but i ve been watching a cool show by kbs called funstaurant i watch it on youtube and don t be intimidated by how skillful they r cause they had ppl who are just learning and it s fun to pick up receipes and have a good laugh i watch it while i eat. Last thing about olive oil i always find it weird how it s almost a luxury ingrediant to you guys when it's like a main ingrediant for our food i feel like we don't cherish it enough. We have like a premium version for export and food gurus but it's an available not that expensive ingrediant at least available for middle class maybe cause we have fields dedicated for growing it. Again so lovely & fun to watch 💜
