This will hit the anterior delts (front shoulders) which receive enough stimulation as it is with pressing movements like bench press or dumbbell presses or incline presses etc. So it's silly to build frontal delts more. If you want big delts, focus more on lateral and posterior heads

Ye upper chest aur front delt ke liye he. Ise 70-80 degree bench ki backrest ko align karke kiya to upper chest or front delt ko sath me target kar sakte he.
