Don't feel pressure to complete the longer breath-holds. The goal is relaxation, not an extended breath-hold. Some days, it will be easier and other days it will be more challenging. You might also like the other versions of the exercise. This one is advanced.
Not quite up to 3 minutes, but as you say, this is for relaxation and not a competition. I just do round 4 twice, which is, at the moment, quite enough for me. Maybe one day I will also reach 3 minutes 😊 Thank you
Firstly thank you so much for your channel 🙏 i use it daily and appreciate that we have free access to these fabulous tools. I find this particular type of exercise very challenging and anxiety inducing. In your opinion should I persevere to reap a longer term benefit or return to the long exhalation types that in the short term seem more soothing? 💛💛💛
You should practice an exercise that feels relaxing to you. The breath-holds are challenging on this version and are not appropriate for everyone. There is no need to push yourself into discomfort. The goal is to spend some time in a calm state. Try the different exercises on this channel and work with the ones that you like best.
Find something easier, but realise that this type of exercise increases your window of tolerance via a hormetic process, i.e. it challenges your system to utilise oxygen more efficiently, so it works via representing a stress. It doesn't work via making you comfortable. The ultimate organic stress we can be exposed to is having our breath cut off. Doing it volantarily makes all the difference, so that soon we can do it comfortably...
Man, that is awesome! I fight up to the fifth round today! I also try to apply "the three locks" whenever I can when holding my breath at the end of every round.
Best video on RU-vid :). I would be very thankful if you could cut a 4 round video with 1:30, 2:00, 2:00, 2:30 - this would be insane and is my next lvl. its a little annoying clicking pause etc between rounds. but anyway, thank you for this peace
@chrisashworth5296 When you think about being alert, typically people jump to the idea of excitement, but just as important is having a calm mind that is easily able to process decisions. And that respect, the box, breathing videos might be a good option because they are often used by special forces.
Thanks for the feedback. I'm glad you enjoyed the exercise. Please share with friends and subscribe to the channel. Have you tried any of my other videos?
Hello, I’m very glad by you vidéo, it’s my favorite! Your voice is really helping to relax and let it go! When I start the first round, I always have to yawn, I was wondering why? Thank you!
You’re welcome. Please share the channel with friends. Have you tried any of the other exercises on the channel? ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-n_5ZryVx6Sk.html
@@HandsOnMeditationYes, I have been using the minimal instruction version of this video for months. It’s wonderful. But I have switched to this guided one for a while because I find find the verbal cues to be very encouraging. I’ve told many friends about your channel. What you are doing is making a big difference is people’s lives.
Thank you. The other versions will also be back up soon. Please subscribe so you know when they are posted and share with friends. The background ambience is a unique music track I created. I'll post it separately for meditation in the future.
I hope you'll see this. Would it be possible for you to somehow add your channel or some of these guided breathwork work videos to youtube music? I can't find your channel on there and I would love to be able to access some of your content there.
The music is a custom blend of sounds I’ve created. You can find it in the playlist with the other extended breath hold exercises on this channel. Hypnotic ambience.
The original videos were pulled down for some minor adjustments but they will all be back up soon. Please subscribe so you know when they are posted and share with friends.
Ok, so essentially Vim Hoff on steroids. The real question is: will this unlock telekinesis already, then? :D If maybe yes, say no more. If not, what might? disclaimer: not a disbeliever or doubter by any extent.
@@HandsOnMeditationyes i have tried all the breath exercises. I have yet to breach past 3 minutes personally. There's no rush. The effects are still positive everytime. I have recommended the videos to quite a few people i know. Its very rewarding to see them enjoy the sensation of wellbeing. I hope it helps the channel
