Sorry to hear that, getting cut stings. My first point of advice is to give yourself some time (days or even a couple of weeks) to let things settle both emotionally and mentally. Maybe even it would be a good time for a physical rest as well. Once things cool down, the next step usually defines itself - Simon, Team DeepGame

coach yesterday i had a scrimmage with the team I’m in 8th grade and was being reckless with the ball and wasn’t making the right plays and turning it over and even tho i worked on some of the shots i didn’t take them in the game nd i wasn’t aggressive

what should i do? ive been so frustrated over this i think i should play against older players at the ymca or work harder than im doing right now

@@jake12jamiefox78 it stings now, but remember it's just one scrimmage. Of course you're going to be frustrated by it now, but as time goes on, you're barely going to be even thinking about it. Thank you so much for all the advice. It has helped me so much and I have been watching this channel for about ten months now. And I had a game last night ( I’m a fifth grader on the seventh grade team) I did not play well at all. 0-2 shooting I took a lay up that I can normally make ( it wasn’t wide open or anything but I missed it kinda bad) and a pretty bad shot to take and I almost air balled. Later that game not to much later I was wide open for 3 and I make them wide open most the time but I didn’t shoot it. It’s just I know how good I am then I look at how I played in that game and it is just crazy. Is there any way I can try stepping out of my head. I know all the laws but it’s like in that game it disappeared

These games happen to all of us. Kudos for you to taking those opportunities =) The key is not to think yourself into a new mentality, but to act into one just by doing the things you know you can do (make or miss). Keep going; there's plenty more games in the season. - Simon, Team DeepGame

Hi Coach what would be a good diet because I am struggling to find what a good diet is and I want to become not healthy. I am 5’10 and 215 at the moment and I want to lose a lot of weight but I need a good diet pls help me.

so in the part where you talked about “single food ingredient”, you said simple food, all organic. Does that mean i should stop putting some “it adds flavour” products on my meals? like “MSG”. Like i should eat my veggies without it? I kinda feel like it would taste bad, but really feel good. And also, should i stop adding sugar on my meals? What are your thoughts..

The simpler, the better. If you really like the taste of additional ingredients and seasonings, that's fine, but just limit it. As for sugar, there aren't really any meals that need sugar, that can probably be eliminated for the most part - Simon, Team DeepGame

How is an athlete without a ton of money supposed to get protein if dairy isn’t the best - yogurt, cottage cheese, milk. And if single ingredient are the best then protein powder isn’t that good either? I’m trying to meet protein goals and stuff but it’s looking super hard to purely survive off of eggs and chicken for protein

There are some solid protein powders out there such as Sun Warrior. A lot of them are filled with junk, especially most of the whey proteins, but otherwise you can still use protein powder once a day or so. You can also have nut butters, fish, red meat, etc. There's a lot of options - Simon, Team DeepGame

Most pasta doesn't have too many ingredients, but the main issue is in the processing of wheat and wheat itself being inflammatory. It's probably fine every once in a while, but it isn't ideal. There are some pretty decent rice / quinoa pastas out there which work great, though - Simon, Team DeepGame
