Thanks for the support =) It's likely because most of our subscribers have been here for basketball related content alone, and as time has gone on we have done less basketball related and more mind related content. But that's how we want it, so we're not stopping - Simon, Team DeepGame

hey coach quick question, if I’m consistently training and a certain point where I hit this sudden moment where I breakthrough and then say after a while from that breakthrough you feel like you lost that ability that you gained from that consistency and doubt sets in where I’m slowly getting my talents hidden again only for it to come back weeks later, a less strong version of that break tough. How do I just stay in that zone that I’ve improved and that leveling up phase so that I don’t go down or get my talents hidden?

By continuing to improve =) It's normal to plateau a bit after having a big spike in performance. You can look at it like the potential that you are capable of being all the time if you keep improving and remaining consistent. A breakthrough does mean you're going to perform better than before, but it doesn't mean you will always perform at your best - Simon, Team DeepGame

Hey coach! Still remember me? Haha. We just finished our second game in our league and we lost those 2 games with 40 pts lead. I can't think clearly anymore so I'll vent it here. I play Point Guard Position in that team. I can't figure it out if the problem is on my teammates or the problem is me. Whenever I'm on the court, I can't add points nor assist. In my vision no one is open. When I shoot 3's, nothing is converting. Whenever I'm on the court, it feels like I'm the reason why our opponent is scoring a lot. My mind is all scrambled. I don't know anymore. I need your help and opinion.

Sometimes it's just going to be hard to tell, but especially when there is that much of a gap between your team and the other team, it's best to just focus on getting better yourself (and with how you play within the team). Of course it's not entirely your responsibility to prevent a loss of such magnitude, so don't put too much pressure on yourself either. Just use the situation as best as you can, take every failure as a lesson, and keep moving forward =) - Simon, Team DeepGame

@@DeepGameBasketball do you have any video or video suggestion that I can watch to further improve how I play with my team?

@@DeepGameBasketball Its just that i feel unsatisfied with how I play. I want to score a lot but also get my teammates involved and win the game. But it always turns out that I can't even make a single shot nor dime. If you have any video or suggestion video for this, it would also help a lot

@@chichirimiyaka8260 If you're not performing as well as you'd like, and your team isn't either, then of course you're going to feel unsatisfied. There isn't really a magic pill that's going to change this, and it's part of basketball. The simple truth is just to continue improving and getting better over time. Feeling unsatisfied is actually a good thing here, because it's something that motivates you to get better so that eventually when you do succeed, you'll feel far better for it. The real secret is learning to use this dissatisfaction as a positive, rather than letting it weigh you down. If you can do that, everything else becomes easy - Simon, Team DeepGame
