I'm a bit slow in understanding the combos here if you don't mind letting me know if I understood this right. Pre proc PAA and have a fully charged energy burst. Thermal -> Blade -> Fuel + Shoulder Cannon + Energy Burst -> Railshot + Power Yield-> Rocket Punch -> Energy Burst -> Magnetic -> Magnetic -> Rail shot -> PAA gameplay? I don't want to cause any issues here but in comparison to Ivano's guide, I see he has blade->thermal->fuel energy burst-> shoulder cannon + magnetic blast->power yield-> energy burst-> rail shot. I've only used his so far but I have noticed it dumps heat so fast, I assume yours is more heat-efficient? Plus I know you mentioned saving the mag blast to proc shocktrooper when you're in burst downtime? I apologize if I'm annoying with so many questions lately, I don't have many people I can really learn from.
This is the heat efficient parse opener yeah. If I'm going to nuke I often energy burst for thermal stack into thermal, gut, punch, rail, yield into energy burst while dumping shoulder cannon and fuel. That one is friendly with powered detonator and will reset punch too. But when it comes to max burst windows, you wanna do gut, mag, thermal, punch, energy burst, reset, energy burst. While dumping sc and fuel. You only ever waste lode stacks to maintain heat with railshot. Typically it's not as complex as it seems once you understand what does what and how the delay of td works.
@@CeaseFaith in a teamfight setting, do you prioritize just killing your 1 target or do you usually aim to spread some damage out? I know in another reply you mentioned it's difficult to manage aoe on AP and I was curious how far the AOE would go? I assume you wouldn't be flamesweeping on AP right?

I don't use retractable blade off the bat because people usually run away after they see det. I do explosive fuel, TD, RP, EB with Det Detonation, blade, PY, and just tab target burst and retractable blade, pull someone into another or stack with grapple, carb, onslaught ez dmg farm. Imo lowkey Deadly Onslaught is ur best dmg farm ability.
Considerable amount of damage loss to not bleed your target along with heat being an issue when doing this. A lot of times people do die so even if I do it from time to time, it's a judgment call. I would definitely say both Shatter Slug and Deadly Onslaught are great but they're AoE's. By the time you get into making proper use of them, you've already got a basic understanding of what to do, which is expressed in the guide. Most times I don't get to use the ability myself since most of my games aren't very clumped and people ACTUALLY interrupt the ability - which is unbelievable to me lmao. With the removal of thermal sensor override it's also a bigger heat hog than ever, that ability with deadly onslaught was the best heat saver for PT.
@@CeaseFaith I'm more used to Solo Ranked style of playing where you want to get all your hardest hitting abilities off before you die in a small time frame.
@@Vlakell4476 @23 blood tracker passive on far right covers what I am talking about for bleed damage increasing your overall burst. You can also throw in Mag Blast for your shock trooper proc if you want to go for real maximized burst asap. If you get time at least to do an opener you want in arena. So like, Mag > TD > Punch > Gut/blade > Fuel/SC > Energy burst > yield > Energy burst > rail > punch > rail > PAA management.
