My thickness of cornea and dioptrines are similar to yours and I was even qualified for Lasik. But my surgeon does not want to execute in my eye because it was very borderline. She advised Relex for me but I will go with TransPrk as it is the most gentle refractive surgery and suitable for thin corneas. So when your cornea is healthy and there are no irregularities I would say you are suitable for prk.
