In house financing is a rip off as they get their financing from a bank and the car dealer will add extra interest on that loan. Just go straight to the bank for a loan then buy the car in cash
Yan yung nga cons when buying a car in cash through dealer, best way is pumunta nag bank directly..And why you need treatment if you have cash? Ang freebies magkano language yan compare sa tutubuin nila for 3 or 5 years contract.

@@LitseUlyssis nope. Before ko pinasok ang car loan may negotiation akong ginawa kung allowable sa kanila ang flexible payment term. Hanggang 1 year lang ang binayaran kung interest hindi ang 5 year term.

kung may pera ka i cash mo,sometimes other dealers give big discounts promos. kung di mo afford ang cash bagsak mo financing,as simple as that.pinahaba pa ang explanation...
@@TheCARLOANExperti dont have to blog.kuntento na ako sa income ko😅. bakit ikaw lang ba maalam sa financing? bumili ako cash na montero at nasa 325k(interest) php ang difference ng cash sa financing then may discount promo pa na more than 100k php for paying cash.na avail ko yun sa mitsubishi dealer abad santos.what i mean is kung kaya mo icash bakit ka uutang? sayang din ang interest at kung "freebies" lang habol mo e logic binayaran mo rin yun. its a marketing strategy.there's no such thing as free "SIR"!
