It's December 2020 - and we all need a break. I always love an Advent Calendar. This was a new project for me - and hopefully you enjoy it as much as I did. SKITTLES!!! Love ‘em but not as much as my boys. Loved the video and it’s great to see you back on my NEW phone. Loved the video. Great narration and editing. Well, great everything really. My favourite Christmas tradition is playing the board games with the fam. Best times. I also like that I don’t give myself a start time for drinking Prosecco on Christmas Day - my own tradition 🙂. You are so crafty by the way. Must be so handy. I am not and wish I was.

You are always so creative on your channel. Holy cow, this looks amazing. Old school feel with new school charm. Positiviness in your channel is one of my favorite part. That is a lot of Candy. Amazing masking. That's one thing I want to do. I actually got Final Cut Pro a few months ago but don't want to start until I have 2 solid weeks to play around with it. Great video.

Final Cut Pro guy now? One of “those”? 😂 Actually, I wish I could try it out to see the differences. Good luck! I learned Premiere Pro through free two months on Skill Share. It really worked for me. I know what you mean - you need a good chunk of time to really get into it. Thanks so much for your kind words about the video. Masking takes a bit of working out - and a bit time consuming - but the effect is quite fun. Always feels so good to read your supportive words. Thank you Carl 🥰🙏🎄🍷

Welcome back!!!!! Can't believe it is Christmas. Can you please take one snap back, because snow is not my favorite. Rosalie is so excited for Christmas!!!! We just got her an Advent Chocolate calendar. The ones they have now have a toy at the end. Really much different than when I was a kid.

Well, I used to just get the chocolate ones ... but I was just thinking of a way to make it more personal without costing a lot of money or taking up a lot of storage space. There are some really cool ideas on Pinterest. Might have to come up with another one for next year ... x

Amy - I will never tire seeing your lovely home. I wish I had done one a few years ago. I have scaled things down considerably the last few years. Weird year this year as well ... doing a few different things instead of decorating the whole house.

Maybe I'll get around to filming something if I can get up the nerve -- I've had this (irrational, crazy) aversion to putting videos out for the past several months - well, this entire year, really! I look back at the end of 2018 and most of 2019 and wonder how I managed to put out so many videos! It's just been very hard for me to snap out of whatever this is😩 I'm going to TRY and put out at least one video before the new year!🤞🏼🙏🏼

This year has put a wrench into my creativity for sure. But all we can do is one day at a time. My philosophy has been, if it feels right, do it. If not - then don’t. We all need to stop putting pressure on ourselves. That’s all we can really do 🎄

my fav tradition is now finding advent calender that we like and we hang the key for santa on our apartment door for our son since we dont have a fireppace for him to come in. this was so cute
