Jainism is a separate religion like Hinduism. Two major sects of Jainism are Shwetabar & Digambar. Other sects are Deravasi who believe in temple & idol worship and Shanakvasi who do not worship idols in temples but hear religious lectures in Sthanak (place/hall). The hall in your video is such hall of Sthanakvasi Jains.

Even , my Mausaji ( Khaalu ) was from Lahore itself. He used to remember his old golden days of Lahore and was usually in tears and not able to speak thereafter. Keep strengthening the ties. Jainism is NOT a part of Hinduism. I am a Shwetambar Sthanakwasi Jain with roots in Lahore. My family migrated from Lahore in 1947. Thank you for sharing this video. I wonder how many of my elders got married here in this Janjghar.
