Ghosts N Goblins is the hardest game I ever beat but I haven’t put much time into Adv Island. I mean I’ve put a lot of time into it but never got close to beating
it get's soul crushingly difficult......I literally said out loud "This Tina chick isn't worth it." It messes with your mind and tricks you as you think you are close to the end, but oh no......The last 2 worlds took like 6 hours and with no password system you have no choice but to endure.
What in your opinion is biggest drawback of download media? I dont like the death of physical media either, but swearing off download media as a whole doesn't seem sustainable. Love the videos and my gamecube is the console id keep!
I mean I'm 45 and I have a couple thousand games. I don't really think I have enough time in my life to play them all. Here's what I hate about downloads only. (It's ok if its an option) But there are my thoughts. 1. The game companies can control the price. If there are no physical games those games can't be resold by private citizens or game stores. You have to go to the game company to get the game. 2. The game companies can control what you buy. For example if you and I really like to play COD BO3 (For example) if the game companies want us to purchase COD BO4 they could install an update that makes COD BO3 run slower or glitchy. Remember Apple got caught doing this with iPhone. -similar though process they could just pull older versions offline and no longer support them. 3. The game companies can control what you buy and when you buy it. If a new space ship shooter is coming out July 1st and it cost $60 whats to say that SONY won't remove all similar games, that are cheaper, from the store for the month to boost sales and profits of the new game. While gaming will lie on, I think digital only kills game collecting. The experience of going "game hunting," or going to the store and getting the game on release day are gone. If gaming is digital only, what do game conventions look like in 50 years? It's a sad state of affairs IMO.
@CMRetroGaming yea I'm 28 and the only upside to download only is not having scratched up disc's and I guess it's more convenient to have all of the new games stored on a hard drive. (As long as Sony or Microsoft doesn't decide to lock people of their account with all their owned games.) I don't know if you know this but I was enraged because Take Two Interactive locks you out of NBA2K or any 2k sports property after 2 years forcing you to buy the new one and to start over. I lost my entire myteam and vowed never again to buy another 2k sports property. Imagine if other companies start that crap. Also Sony and Microsoft can just delist anything they want from the store and make it impossible to play pretty much rendering those games lost media. At least most modern games suck the only one I'm looking forward to is GTA 6 lol
I know you already know my answer, Original Xbox. I like that game thief And of course, Splinter cell. PlayStation 4 would be a good one. Cause you're right, the library is big.
