Adventure Island Vlog (May 2024)

In this latest visit to Adventure Island in Southend-on-Sea I take a look at their newest addition for the 2024 season, Vertigo, an SBF Visa Drop Tower, including on and off ride footage.
I also take a full tour of both halves of the park to cover the rest of the changes for the new season and get back on some of my favourite flat rides and coasters, featuring full on ride POV's.

I came here last week and went on the axis after going on the vertigo... I can't understand how you can sound so calm while talking on the axis, I felt like I was going to faint on the first two large spins 😂 After that though the ride did become pretty fun, but I didn't go on again sadly because my time was pretty limited :(

Only the brave go on the new drop tower ride at Southend. You can see Sheerness across the estuary, when you are at the top of the tower. Riders need nerves of steel to ride the new drop tower ride.

9:45 talking of crock drop, finally did my visit at chessington today. Let's say I won't be going back without the kids. This park was definitely not aimed at me. Will be at thorpe in the morning. Really looming forwards to that.

I love Adv Island!! Unfortunately it’s a 4 hour drive from me so don’t go often! Side note - I’ve never had the confidence to be able to vlog in public. Doing what you done at the end of this video would be impossible for me 😣 Any tips?

It’s a really fun park, on a summers day it really comes into its own! You know the saying ‘dance like no one’s watching’? 😅 Just try to focus on what you’re saying and ignore everyone else. Chances are that people don’t care that you’re vlogging 😊 Good luck

Peter Pans have never let down how much fun you can get for a day for £20-£30. Peter Pans are for the OG people who use to go to Adventure Island back in the day
