What I love abt Adventure Time's world is that things r usually pretty complex and gray. There r no clear boundaries between good and evil, there r things that the characters percieve as such. It was clearly seen in s2ep11, where our protagonists did some pretty bad things, but ended up saving Dr. Princess. And this concept will be explored far more in later seasons. Also, Gunther is really smth else, isn't he? Between this and s2ep1 he raises more and more questions.

Ur reminder that the last 3 episodes of s2 should go in this order: ep24 - Heat Signature ep25 - Mortal Folly ep26 - Mortal Recoil It's very important for the story structure to follow this episode order.

Fun and dark fact: From testimonies and declarations of cannibal tribes and groups, human meat tastes similar to pork. So, it has the potential to taste delicious for people. So, maybe by extension Finn would like pork, or "soy people" tastes even better than the real deal. On another note, I never liked how casually in this episode Lady Rainicorn's parents act like jerks, and it's not acknowledged. They are cool when they both discover Jake is a dog and Finn a human that is on equal status as Jake, but back when they thought Finn was a servant they treated him inhumanely, and they only apologize for trying to eat him (not for the rest of bad treatments and insults towards his appearance).
