A Wintry visit to the beautiful capital of Hungary, Budapest. Cold but dry and sunny as Minion and I explored the city - day and night. Although this is all shot in Pest, we spent plenty of times both sides of the Danube, and fell utterly in love with the city!

Thank you for visiting my city. :) It has changed so much in the last five years, we Hungarians are very proud of it. I hope more people will discover Hungary and bring lots of tourist $$$. They will definitely be safe and happy here... Have a great day!

+Mollie Rose We were very spoilt. It was right beside the Chain Bridge (which was based on the Clifton Suspension Bridge in Bristol, near to where we used to live!) SO it was very odd but wonderful seeing something so familiar miles from home! xx

Hi Sacha and Minion, wow Minion your filming is fabulous, you really have court the beauty of Budapest on film better than I've ever seen before. You really should have a career in filming, you really do have an eye for catching the splendor and magical beauty of any place you and Sacha visit. Your fade shots are perfectly timed. O Sacha my darling, you make me want to hop on a plane and go to Budapest; I would also like to visit Bruges, Prague, and Maastricht! Minion did a grand job with the filming too. Thanks for sharing your lovely adventure. x

+0003Zeb Ah lovely Zeb, thank you. Cannot recommend Budapest more highly - loved it- Prague too actually. Min's been to Bruges and also says it's gorgeous - neither of us has been to Maastricht... in fact haven't done any part of the Netherlands! :( *Adds that to our agenda* ha. Hope you had a wonderful Christmas - perfect wind for kites, surely? :) xx

+Planet Sunshine Thank you. We highly recommend it - it was such a fab trip. We were very lucky too with the weather - (Pasty Irish) Minion burnt his nose at the top of the Basilica, we never expected it to be so sunny! xx

Amazing video! I love Budapest. I was there a few years ago in the summer but never in the winter. It looked so festive. So happy you shared your holiday.

+Cat Foxx It's so gorgeous - felt like UK summer there - sunny, but cold enough for coats! haha. Loved it.... and yes, the Christmas Markets were amazing... I think the best I've seen yet (in some ways), but still loved Prague's. xx

Well done Sacha!! You did the best video about Budepest . Looks beautiful. So many travel agency should use it to advertise Budapest. Can you do one at summer tine too???
