1. Make a ranked list of suitable journals. 2. Send the manuscript to the journal on top. 3. If rejected then apply the comments (if any) and send to the next journal in the list. 4. Repeat until your manuscript gets accepted.
I really find it strange. A musician goes to a studio with a stupid song and it is recorded there and then but an author really struggles even with so many rejections. This world is strange.
