If there’s one thing I learned, it’s to find beauty in the mistakes, because that is where are given opportunity to grow. Have gratitude, honor them, never blame yourself, because in that moment we did what we thought was best and that is okay. We are human and we will always make mistakes. Hi, thanks alottt as a guy this really helped me out tremendously sometimes it feels like because I'm a guy it's not ok to express how I feel, or it's not ok to not have everything figured out and not have all the answers and I have to be this perfect human being. since society sees it that way unfortunately. But watching this made me feel better so thank you so so much 😄
I'm a young autistic adult and I hold my stress in too damn much. This definitely helped me so much even when I avoid everyone else and say Masha offered to help she would definitely be the only person I'd surrender to for comfort because she seems like someone I'd trust for emotional support than anyone else. Live in a society to where people put eachother down and it's so painful. Shouldn't even be that way. Need more women like her in our lives in person if you ask me. Especially here in Texas not just everywhere.

I like that! Throwing people off when they ask "how are you doing?" The western greeting where people dont actually give af how you are inside. Instead of saying 'good' or talking generic about my day I say... "Fantastic." I think it makes people wonder "why's this shmuck doing so well 🤨" as most people are never doing 'Fantastic.' Easy way to start a conversation. Never say your fine or good. You are doing Fantastic. Enjoying the challenge of the day... Arrogant. Elegant. Proud. Brilliant. Winning. While everybody else is suffering and losing 📉.

Comparison is not a form of jealousy but rather a form of envy. Envy is one of the deadly sins because it actually defiles yourself through causing you to not be able to be yourself to people you envy (usually you can't admit either), like you would be yourself to anyone you truly love like your family or friends. This completely causes a selfish isolated perspective. This leads to depression, unhealthy competitiveness, unworthiness, and eventually can lead to either suicide or you never fulfilling what you potentially could in life. However, there is a way to optimistically compare yourself. This takes a thoughtful process that you might not be used to. But the beautiful thing about this process is that it takes you outside of your normal thinking into new options. And you don't necessarily have to compare yourself to people who are less fortunate as yourself. Although if you are truly an envious person I would start there, taking a good look at people that are less fortunate than yourself realizing that many many people far far far worse off than you. And it is ridiculous for you to envy anyone! Oftentimes what we envy isn't the standard of goodness or worthy of being envied in regards to eternity in time and space. Envying valueless things. Rather start trying to be jealous of good things. Jealousy is extremely healthy for people that are growing and desire to change for the better!
