Hi Mike! I need some advice, where can I contact you? Or maybe you can answer me here, I recently started following you, I appreciate all of your advice, you seem to be a real honest and logical person, I live in south Texas Mcallen, and would like to open a kettle corn and lemonade concession, I have write down all of your advice, and from else where to, and I feel pretty confident with what I've got so far, but my questions is, what is the best equipment you will recommend me for the kettle corn stand? I have seen so many different ones online, but not sure which one to go with, what would you suggest me?

In my area you cannot set up where ever you want. In fact you can only vend for 2 days in any one location in a calendar month. You also have to have a 4 bay sink.

Why not just make the popcorn home and go out on site and sell it? Why the need to make it out in the hot and all that jazz?

It's better fresh.... Also, goes stale of you store it too long. Plus the customer sees it being popped. 🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿
