Hello Patricia . You are an inspiration for all those who think to come to France . When playing Chess this is the best move you can do . I met some very kind Americans in Salins les bains at the entry of the museum . They were distant at the beginning . As soon as I spoke to them we had a very friendly talk . You are right , they had a private security distance ... Very strange for my standards ... 😊😊 I kniew it in advance ... So i did welcome them for being tourists in my country . I will nail it one of these days getting rid of my awful accent and more fluent in english . Have a nice weekend Patricia.

Totally off topic. I’m 44 years old and literally have been in Lyon for just over two weeks. I moved here from SoCal but grew up in Florida. I found your posts by searching for African/Black American Expats, etc. I haven’t interacted as you have stated that your main audience is for women. I didn’t want to step on any of their voices. But thank you. Your posts were inspirational.

I wish I knew that even if “the heart is treacherous and desperate”, it has valuable information about my desires and motivations to consider in connection with making rational decisions. One way or another it will have its say, so I might as well hear it and say ok, thank you. Patricia, I would love your thoughts or a guest discussion of ETIAS, wherein the USA is on the list of countries whose nationals must be in possession of visas when crossing the external borders of EU countries starting in 2025. Le sugar baby à 47 ans ça ne doit pas trop marcher.... Avec votre courage, intelligence, grande détermination, et surtout en suivant votre intuition, vous avancez en collant au fur et à mesure à votre personnalité profonde. Je crois que ce que vous êtes venue chercher en France est plus d'être vraiment vous-même que de faire fortune, vous ne manquiez pas d'argent aux US et pourtant n'etiez pas heureuse, donc vous cherchiez à vous épanouir personnellement. Avec tout le mal que vous vous donnez, je pense que vous allez y arriver. C'est tout le mal que je vous souhaite ❤
