The gentleman from the free state is a story that ignited my passion for studying LLB. I engaged with him him when he was still studying and working at a company that employs me. Years later he was representing my family in a matter. I am proud to say that I have been admitted to study LLB starting 2024 through an institution in partnership with my employer. Mr Sikhakhane you are an inspiration to many of us black people who comes from a disadvantaged background.
I love advocate Muzi Sikhakhane, his principles, his commitment to serving the black child and his sheer determination to show us how we can do it. I must make an effort to know my students better, their conditions at all time and their aspirations and dreams!
Based on my opinion and the knowledge I have this is the best legal mind in SA rn. He doesn’t mince his words when it comes to empowering the black child. You are doing a great job sir. You are an inspiration to many of us who still want to practice and transform the legal system. I salute!
A necessary contribution from an equally great legal mind. May our aspirations of a United Afrika be lead by those whose convictions are as strong as those of Adv. M Sikhakhane SC and his team. Pan-Afrikan scholarship to service!
Prof. Mangaliso Robert Sobukwe would have been proud for paving the way for all Black Associates in the legal fraternity during times when to become a Black Lawyer or Professional was something made out of movies. It pains me not to hear any Black Lawyer or Advocate not mentioning his name in all their praises, even though am satisfied by this PABASA. Phambili yaphambili manene nani manenekazi ePABASA
Just hope this Bar deals with corruption within us as a people, and teaches to us as people we should not be easily bought. I mean look in Eastern Cape, Advocates stole money from the UIF. Not taking for granted what is trying to be done here by the way, it is amazing and hands up Sir.
The pursuit of justice in South Africa feels like a dream because of systemic flaws which propagate injustice through its disparate structures and political interference. I sincerely hope that your organisation can achieve its objectives of a more inclusive, fair and equitable justice and legal system which serves the needs of ALL South African citizens ❤
Point of correction SC, it's Free State. There's no "Orange" there, the Orange people have moved to Orania. Be that as it may I nevertheless still project you with a high respect.
Tell things as they are Advocate, I am behind whatever program that is initiated to make law, accessible to every citizen in this country irrespective of how much you have.
But all the black people come from a poor background. Needless to say they were born rural or from the Townships we all disadvantaged now they give lots of preference to rural kids and people and reject the ones who were born in the Townships. The ANC government is unfair in many ways..
Most look old though... therefore I assume that they have already started or even successful in their legal careers, what about the young fresh graduates? Shouldn't it be more them than older people if you want true transformation?
At least at this platform we are able to see things that we would otherwise not see. And whenever you commit to a radical movement resources is always a challenge. If this channel was advancing a particular narrative, I guarantee you that you would have a top class equipment.
