*I am sorry this is long but necessary to indicate where this case is at right now.* By all standards, the judge (if not involved) must throw this case out. Considering the following. 1. DNA plainly acquitted the five accused. 2. The spaza occupants saw a gun with a wheel as opposed to the 9mm. 3. Cell phones records does not place the 5 accused near the crime scene. In stead same were cooked, tampered and altered with. Can't tell the fake from the original. Accused 1 phones was gallivanting all over while he was in prison, again it made and received calls even after it was allegedly been seized for the second time (who made this calls). Calls between KK and Nkani were planted. Much is still gonna come from the new exhibit submitted on Friday. Now the crux of the matter is "why was the state mum about the tempering of the Sec.205, why didn't the state advise the court of this? Why did they let the defense cross examine the witness, without this knowledge (defeating the ends of justice). The new CD handed and registered as an exhibit and the document handed to the black Mamba which Steyn allegedly doesn't know has a serious for the Baloyi. It actually say much about the cooking gone wrong between the state and the police. Baloyi and Sibanda are now legally the accessory to the fact as it is clear and evident that, there was a collaboration and collusion (court was intentionally let astray). 4. Confession statements are confusing for people who planned and executed this murder. 5. The AVL exonerated the accused 1&2. It proved that the accused assaulted, violated and forced to owned up to something the didn't do. (Judge withdraw his decision) 6. The last hope for the state is Mangena and the defense expert. However, the height of the alleged shooter, the bullet cartridges, the gun by many and was never in the forensic back, the cleaning/the tempered with crime scene..... will be the focus of this cross examining. Yes, the gun and the alleged may be a match, however, Tumelo, KK and longwe thwala and the identity kit expert mentioned the type of the weapon used as a .38 Revolver Special. By the way, the defense witnesses has not been called yet. I digressed as well ....

It's SAD, SAD and so sad!!! Just wish and hope things can just turn around 360° and just get right and normal. Comments, cries, concerns, are not taking us anywhere except Keep on keeping on hoping that someday Justice will be aerved for all of us to witness after this long drawn useless exercise. As we are squirming and squirming about the injustices we are subjected to by following this 4 year's old case, of the incident that happened in 10 years ago,,, not in a deserted, isolated place,,,but with eye witnesses in full view!!! What does it take for somebody influential in a position of power to stop all this nonsense and trauma we are subjected to as people who are seeking justice. What's gone so wrong that it can't be corrected???

Why did they give them a disc with loads of information, why not print out what pertains to the dates in question? Also what is this other 205 from Vodacom, didn't Steyn say he worked with Pinky with the 205 that she gave him....I'm confused 🤔
