Witness number 0 Mr Ratha aka Judge Wiitnes Prosecutor va Ratha, does it gain. With a judge like this one, who needs witnesses and prosecutors. This man is making mockery of our court system. He is showing signs of old age and selective memory and also fear and respect of white skin, even if the skin lies under oath. He deliberately interjects the defence in an attempt to make them loose their train of thought. I need to add that his mannerism towards the defence MUST be reviewed. He wants the state to win this case at all cost.

I got Steyn's apology & thought he was coming to tell the truth today not bringing new evidence of changing towers, new documents. Ratha reacts too fast to help state & witnesses, he was just too much today. Good to call Pinky too. Ratha forgot or deliberately didn't want to tell that no one can testify on someones document.
