You can deal with future in brief moments every day, and then return to the now. The now is not a doctrine to take you away from past/future and force you not to cincider them again.

Learning to live in the moment is not the purpose we’re here for. It’s to bring majority of us who are suffering from the disease of bad ego to well being (normalcy). Bad ego is part of the mind that’s in constant comparison with somebody, something, a bag full of memories, beliefs, identities, victimhood, grandiosity stories). Living in the moment has become so huge as it can teach us slowly who we’re not ( it’s like how while we get treated for a serious disease in a hospital, we put our career, business or future plans on hold for the time being and focus entirely on our health as we know without good health we can’t proceed, we can’t create anything) Similarly when we’re learning to live in the moment, we’re healing and recovering from the disease of bad ego. I believe once you have more control over your mind, you can start creating, future planning and have solid moments of living in the present alternatively until living in the moment becomes our default mode, just like how you can start part time job as soon as you start regaining your health back. Remember our ultimate goal is to create, create from a place of least ego and most spaciousness. Ego(mind)is a bad master but the best servant.
