Thank you Joe Green for letting me take a deeper look into this airgun. AEA Terminator in .35 cal Thank you for all who subscribe, God Bless you and your families.
DAAAAMN! That thing hits like Tyson!!! I would really like to see that bad boy with a folding stock that would be sweet. Looking forward to the next video Will. Nice job my man
I just purchased the AEA .357 bullpup Challenger ! Can't wait to try it out. I was torn between the terminator and challenger and finally decided on the challenger for simplicity and compact size.
Great review Will thanks. I have AEA Element (.25), AEA Backpacker semi-auto (.25), and AEA Challenger bullpup (.30), and they all work great. I’m considering the Terminator as well but kinda wanna go .50 or bigger next. One really cool thing about the Terminator is you can select semi-auto OR single shot with the bolt action!
Thank you for the comment brother...much appreciate that... yeah I believe AEA has a good thing going with there line of guns...and so many options as well of AEA guns and calibers too...great options for the money and quality build too..and yes I do agree on a bigger caliber I was looking at the 72 cal my self interesting! 👍👍🇺🇸
@@WillRomansAirgunworld yeah the Zeus .72 will be in USA after March...that thing is DEFINITELY not backyard friendly. Also 3 good shots per fill...and since I don’t hunt, kinda not useful for me except to just have and scare the hell out of my neighbors :P
ok I lied...I got the terminator lol...I was mistaken, there is no switch for semi auto vs single shot, just have to hand feed it...will be taking it to the range tomorrow!
Thank you. I just bought one from lethal air in Virginia. Please keep us posted for any upgrades that you do in the future to it because I would be interested in getting it up closer to 200 foot pounds.
They're a new company so they'll refine the design and availability isn't there but supply for everything has been messed up. They do have a carbine that's under 3 pounds weight for the whole gun that really got my attention. Thanks Will!
Yes sir your absolutely correct new company growing pains...AEA is working on new design gun for 2021 and seen a sneak peak of one looks awesome.. thank you David and stay safe..👍👍🇺🇸
@@rawiyahsphere thank you for the comment brother.....AEA has a bunch of options in a bunch of calibers that will suit your needs...and all these AEA guns are modular ... I hope to be reviewing more AEA Products very soon. I'm definitely interested in this company my self...👍👍🇺🇸
Thank you brother for the comment... its still a young company from China..but it looks like they may have a good thing going for them selves...as far as this AEA line of airguns..👍👍🇺🇸
Let Will run it through its Paces before you buy one when I get it I am definitely going to put a couple thousand rounds through it immediately, wait for his next video
I'll take one AEA in 22cal , that is one killer pcp , saw them on the web about year and a half ago could never get my hands one , Great Review and Presentation WILL , loves them polymags , you can hunt deer hogs exetra in Texas with that bad boy plenty of power 🎯
Thank you Phillip for the comment my brother....yes AEA is the new kid on the block... and within time they can refine there design on these guns... but overall its a great quality gun out the box with some good power and accuracy too...
Thank my brother 2F...much appreciate that bro.. hell I got another AEA coming in to review compact 22 cal lol... but this 357 is a beast out of the box..lol thank you sir challenge accepted!👍👍🇺🇸
👋🏾sup chiller than chill Will. Checked out their website a while back and have been on the fence post on this company. Glad you got one to test out brotha👊🏾😎 ps we are waiting on your offhand challenge my brotha 👊🏾😎
Yes sir!! I'm on it as soon as I get back from vacation my brother... sub 500 fps off hand challenge... coming to lose...lol👍👍🇺🇸 you did really good my brother on the challenge Ken!!👊😎
Great video man, thanks for not putting a lot of sugar and honey on the top, once again I have bought guns because people have reviewed them and said that they are great guns and they buy them and they are junk nothing like their review Thanks you for putting an honest review up we will get one more gun from AEA and put it through the paces and put this one through the paces and see if we can make a deal ,thank you brother
Hell yeah my brother...and thank you for sponsoring the channe too..and for the opportunity to tell the airgun world the pro's and con's of AEA Products... more good then bad for now...now we all know she can proform. But we will see if she can take a kicking and keep on ticking..👍👍🇺🇸
Sg bought one last year. And he wasn't happy at all. If he's not happy you know something must be wrong. I believe you know him . If not look him up on RU-vid
@@davidmason9962 thank you for the comment brother...SG and I are really good friends...we speak on the phone all the time...AEA is a little rough around the edges but for the money on an all Aluminum build gun CNC machine parts no cast parts your getting a good deal for the money semi auto and accurate good power i don't think you can ask for more...but your right, for a lot of the folks out there, the trigger and not being able to put a bipod on it may be a deal breaker for them..thank you brother again be safe..👍👍🇺🇸
Doing good George...thanks for asking my brother...im getting ready to do a video soon...just waiting on the AEA gun to come in...hope all is well with you and your family sir...and I'll see you on the next one..👍👍🇺🇸
The forces at work includes a hefty hammer spring to defeat a wedge type Peek valve and +10lb valve spring and +20inch bolt return spring that goes for 3-4 inches of travel on the gun...... Also the almost full contact between the sear and hammer doesn't help us, but it does help the sear from shattering, rounding or slam firing ........Not too surprised by the trigger's weight for this reason......Many big bores of this time and prior have suffered from heavier trigger pulls......... Balance valves have solved many of those issues for small bore air rifles, maybe one day they'd find it cheap enough to efficiently balance shot count with the 800 FPS and higher margin for calibers above 357......
Mine just came in tonight and after putting it together I totally agree with you. it’s not for people with short arms. I’m 5 foot 11 200 pounds and it’s still too long for me so I’m gonna put the folding stock on and just use the front bottle. hate the probe also.
Those poly mags are the ones . The manufacturer needed to have done a better job with the magazine to fit at least three different loads . I’m hope those mags are actually made out of steel instead of plastic.
I had the very first one a year ago. Does it work? Yes. You need to be Superman to pull and hold the lever back to load magazines on mine. Magazines are not durable. Trigger is awful. Factory over 10 pounds non adjustable. Dropped a few hogs easy at 25 yards. Lots of power for 1 mag. Weighs a ton. Not for off hand shooting. Needs a rest.. Sold it. The rest of the AEA line is very interesting especially the all carbon lightweight 3 or 4 pound model. Only pellets recommended by AEA. Slugs may void the warranty
Thank you brother for the comment... yes I do agree this pcp has a bit of rough edges but its still not a deal breaker for me...for now... until I run it through its paces and check for durability problem..👍👍🇺🇸
Yah, buddy. Been looking at AEA stuff for a while. Some really interesting weapons. Good prices. The only problem right now is that alot of their stuff isn't in stock. Don't know what the problem is, but I've just been biding my time waiting for some things to become available.
Thank you brother for the comment...yeah i believe 1 AEA is having a hard time getting there pcp into the US and 2 there changing a couple of things in there designs as far as the magazine goes...im getting another one for review compat in 22 cal soon..
No, you are wrong. Now we have 300 guns in stock in Miami Warehouse and another 1000 pcs guns will arrive on 18th Feb 2021. Thanks for your concerning all the time! Really Appreciate! If you can't find any dealers feeding your needs. Please contact me: aeaairgun@gmail.com. It's my pleasure to help you. Thank you so much. Warmly welcome to AEA Precision Airguns. Tom AEA Airguns
@@AEAPrecisionAirgunsInc Well, I took another look, and I was surprised to see that your web site no longer lists some of the stuff I really wanted to try -- like the full auto rifles. Still interested in your semiauto pistols and rifles, but I am not going to lie and say that I am not disappointed. Those looked really interesting. Still, I think I will try one of the pistols. The price is right and they look like a lot of fun.
Thank you for the comment Brandon...yes sir she's definitely not back yard friendly but not to bad either... the Terminator makes pretty good power for a 367cal but the Texan is better quality gun in my opinion...thanks again brother hope to see you on the next one!👍👍🇺🇸
This is to worn every owner of the terminator 357 aea air rifle, inspect area behind the kevlar bump bushings when removed i found spider web cracks ....dangerous!
When you said you should only fill it up to 225 max, are you only speaking about the front tank correct? Because the back tank is bigger and there's that whole do the same thing 225 so that it doesn't jam or is it different?
Thank you Meaghan for the comment.... When you fill your Terminator up to 225 MPA. you will fill both bottles up at the same time using the one fill prob provided is the only way to get air..and both tanks will fill up together at the same time..Now you will have more volume of air do to the double tank system on bord.. but same pressure in the gun 225 MPA. I Hope that made sense to you Meaghan and thank you for watching..👍👍🇺🇸
Thank you my brother for the comment... and yes I do agree with you on the terminator 357cal but on the other models of AEA the prices are really good considering the build quality of the gun...all Aluminum construction...
Hey! Thanks for posting this. I've been stuck between the Hatsan Blitz .25/.30 or the AEA Terminator .357. Any input? I'm ready to pull the purchase trigger. Which compressor? 12v or 120v? Maybe one of the 250ish dollar 120v pumps on amazon?
If you are going to use it for hunting go with the Terminator depending on what you're hunting if you're hunting pigs and deer definitely The Terminator if you're hunting squirrels rabbits raccoons coyote go with the blitz 25 I have the blitz 30 I haven't hunted with it I don't feel comfortable hunting with it but it is a blast to shoot it is the most fun gun in the World to shoot LOL
@@joegreen6417 Thanks Joe. Without being too telling, im looking for an alternative SHTF gun. The ability to shoot when others cannot, whether practise, food or defense. Figure ill see about buying valve and seal rebuild kits for electric pump and gun. Nice to hear someone speak on having the terminator and blitz. If it werent for blitz being on backorder months ago, i wouldht have accidently stumbled across the .72cal zues which led me to the terminator. Any sources on bulk 9mm/.357 500-2500+ pellets? Thank you to anyone who took time to input!
No I have not tried any slugs out of the Terminator yet...but I'm waiting on some NSA slugs to come in and try out..hope to make a follow up video soon on it...👍
Good info man! After handling the rifle, and you being able to work on fixing issues with other rifles you’ve owned, would you spend your own money on this?
Thank you brother for the comment...well your right i will not buy one of these AEA GUNS but if they can get some of these bugs out its not that bad of a gun...as far as built quality...but magazine issues.. no pic rails for bipod's 12 pound trigger no way...lol.. yeah not happening...thanks again stay safe brother...👍👍🇺🇸
@@WillRomansAirgunworld Alright , thanks for the honest opinion man👍🏻 it’s always nice to hear honesty from a shooter that isn’t afraid to say what it is! Keep up the good work and take care!
3600 psi fill limit not 2500. 25 MPA. A 11 lb trigger is just uncalled for this day and age. Hell, Hatsans blitz is 7 lbs. I bought one "Terminator" and I hope they get enough of them out there so somebody figures out a way to lighten those things up. I'm absolutely going to tinker with the springs and sear in mine and see what I can come up with. My Texans triggers have me spoiled at barely 2 lbs.
Thank you Eric for the comment brother...yeah the MPA got me... but yes I agree 100% on the trigger.....super horrible...the best I've gotten it is form 10.8 lbs to 8.3 lbs but still sucks...and not including the magazine issues it comes with...lol let me know how you make out on your trigger job brother...good luck stay safe 👍👍🇺🇸
Yes its 11 lbs... but it was do to a tight spot in the trigger mechanism that I was able to fix...now I have the trigger down to 9 lbs...and the trigger is not adjustable..that my only hate about the AEA and it does have magazine issues as well in semi auto...
@@WillRomansAirgunworld I do not hunt as I only target shoot but even at 9 pounds for hunting is 100% unacceptable in any form! My PCP target rifles are a pound and under FFS! To top it all off you can't even adjust the damn thing. The very first thing they need to do is work on that POS trigger!
@@shane011471 lol....you are 100% correct my brother...I do not recommend this gun to anyone especially if your a precision shooter...this AEA will not be for you my friend...im a trigger snob.. and no way I could spend half a day shooting this gun...lol yeah!!! This needs to be fix by AEA soon or out the door thay go!. Thanks again brother for the comment stay safe...👍👍🇺🇸
I was looking for a .357, and considering this rifle. A 9 to 11 pound, non- adjustable, trigger pull just made me cull this rifle as an option. Thanks for the information.
Hey man, I just finished making a mold in .357 or .358 I will be pumping out some serious pellets/slugs in the near future, I was wondering if I gave you some in exchange for a honest review on how they shoot. I need feedback to make sure they are good before I make thousands of them. What length and dia. Do you prefer ?
Yikes .357-.358 will jam the gun.............The lands on the barrel are between .3545-.3558 on mine......My bullets casted sometimes would have .3578's and would be the most notable to jam or failure to feed.......
@@acetek2 Well I have sold over 1000 of them thus far and hundreds of .358's have been shot with ease, I have had good feedback with the .358 through the Benji Bulldog... I mean...one thousandth of a inch is only slightly larger then the thickness of a human hair 🤣... Don't be nervouse... Most high end pellet manufacturers make them in .358 also for personal selection of desired barrel tightness with the pellet/slug... Just saying... Look up "Thumper Pill" on ebay and check them out
@@acetek2 That said I wouldn't recommend .358 for a semi/full auto where the air actuated bolt may not have enough power to seat them properly.. but for hand fed it is not an issue whatsoever.
@@dmithsmith5880 Well I imagine .357-.358 is a viable ammunition for other rifles, but not for this one.................I suppose if you could get a resizing die to size those bullets down you'd be one happier air hogger on this here's Terminator....PS.....I resize mine in case my mold gives birth to chubby bullets...
@@WillRomansAirgunworld How many rounds do you have through the gun, how are the magazines holding up, are they getting chewed up inside like this, ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-3DxA_SjxN8U.html
@@Rds-lf3gi i only put about 300 rounds through this AEA gun.. and I did see 2 magazine's that look like the one in your video... but overall it did not stop the gun from functioning and no jamming ether....but for long term I can definitely see a problem... question... did your magazine brack on your AEA?
@@WillRomansAirgunworld The magazine did not physically break, I took it apart to photograph and de bur. Is the black outer shell of your magazines plastic or aluminum. Thanks
I got my last friday. selling it if anyone is interested. shot 20 rounds. it’s brand new. Carbon fiber rear bottle up grade, also optional folding stock. paid $1400 for everything. will sell for $1,175
Its a cool looking gun...BUT! not for me... no picatinny rail for a bipod and trigger sucks and magazine issues...I would not recommend this gun...sorry brother.
Thank you Dale my brother for the comment... yes I do agree with you brother..definitely not a bench resting gun. But it has a purpose in the hunting side of things with a good price point...👍👍🇺🇸
