I am EXTREMELY disappointed in some of you. I got a message from one of the people involved saying they were getting DEATH THREATS over some of the rankings. I said specifically in the video this was done in harmless fun, and not to take it too seriously. Im genuinely disgusted by some of you.

I saw you in chat when Storming was on screen. My first Skybreak song was Summit and i'll agree with you cause it's my 2nd favorite EDM song currently. (if you were wondering, my 1st is POLYBIUS GB SPEEDRUN by Camellia.) Oxygen and Waterfall are also in my primary playlist. Sorry for going on a mini-rant. Appreciate seeing a fellow music enthusiast.

Bloodbath didn't age as well as death moon. I think death moon is easily the best looking 1.9 level in the game.

literally everyone: "This list is based on decoration" Also everyone: "Ah, Cataclysm has aged well, so it's 17" Lake is the only one here who cares about decoration, he gave spl a 3, because it's poorly made and has almost 0 deco. I agree with Lake, he's making his job, not like everyone else.

Yeah like i don't know why everyone are like "oh this level was good when it came out so i will say it has a good decoration". Who tf cares about how the level was when it came out we are in late 2.1 not 1.9 so if the level looks bad it needs to get a low rating without thinking about stupid stuff like "oh bloodbath WAS a masterpiece".

As someone who started barely more than 1.5 years ago, I disagree but at the same time agree. I would say 50% of older levels (1.9 - 2.0, and throw in the first year of 2.1 for bonus points) that are lets say epic still look nice in my eyes. But now the levels are starting to in my eyes look really nice. edit: I agree with Lake on bloodbath lol. Does not look that great. Although it was made in 1.9

kinda unbased imo. glowy and windy landscape are both cool-looking (can't speak to the gameplay so much), but retro circles is the single worst (rated) level i have played in my life. it looks pre good but the invisible speed portals are the bane of my existence. i can usually beat easy demons in 100-300 attempts, and i have nearly 1000 on retro circles and my best is 85%. countless practice runs and it still isnt consistent. the only way that it level could be fun is if you fluke it. edit: sorry about the rant i just CANNOT express to you how much i hate this level

@@visiblerat you really need to check your hands. I beat retro circles 8 months ago with ldm ( when 57 percent slow wave was basically invisible on ldm ) and it was my first demon and I still enjoyed it. I died at the end as well.

I checked the spreadsheet and for funny scores and chron gave removed submision a 10 but cosmic cyclone a 1 lol also co cy was 2021 best mc and one of the best design levels imo

I was so fucking pissed to see them give cosmic cyclone a 5. I wish they would be serious when making these lists but when they put cataclysm, a garbage level from 5 years ago in the top 20 yet possibly the best APT level out of the top 100, you know they dont give af.

Nhelv is overrated ngl. It's always #1 on ever Extreme list despite the last dual being very crazy in your face effects. It's just too much, it's not clean. It's a very good level, probably top20, but It's definitely overhyped.

It really seemed that lots of the people that were rating these levels were very biased/were rating the levels purely based on their experience with the level, while the video title and description mentioned that the ratings were purely based on visuals which is very untrue in this case.

Fun fact: bloodbath is the level to have the longest time in the demonlist (i think so) for staying there for 5 years before eventually leaving the demonlist and now sitting in the legacy list

very surprised (disappointed) that woodkid wasn't on this list :( (I just came back from a like 3 year break from GD so maybe I'm a little biased, and i also know it's not technically an extreme because rob wouldnt verify it bc of the stolen artwork but if it were rated it would be really really high up, and probably number one at the time it was being made)

PLEASE, if you do it, don't judge an old level like: "it was good when it came out, so i will say it's good". Judge them with 2.1 standards because if you don't you'll end up with levels like cataclysm in the top 50 lmao.

I didn’t play in 1.9 I started 1.5 years ago and I like bloodbath it’s a good level but it isn’t like most of the levels today but in my opinion I it’s a good level. :)
