The Pro Pack Slim's main claim to fame is that very compact, slim and minimalist bag that can still capably carry most urban modern EDC commuter essentials such as a 16" laptop, tablet and tech kit, whilst still featuring moderate levels of organization and useful features like an external water bottle pocket and significantly improved materials for the back and shoulder mesh. In particular, its ability to even carry a couple of slightly bulkier items (like a windbreaker or big folding headphones) whilst still keeping its svelte and slim external silhouette is quite unusual amongst bags of this size.
Conversely, one possible area for improvement might be the relatively moderate to modest internal organization. Besides the main compartment there is only one half-height front organizer/valet section which can sometimes get overwhelmed even with a relatively dialed set of EDC carry. Combined with the overall slimness of the pack this means one can sometimes find themselves awkwardly trying to fish things out of a more jumbled mess than may be ideal.
