The song that will surely continue to create many debates about what it’s about, because the singer said it was about Cloud apparently; while the actual songwriter and writer of the game said it’s not about any specific person and that it’s about everyone Aerith cherishes and her struggles with fate and being the last living Cetra and what that means for her. Ahh discourse. Beautiful song though
