In December of 2023, we purchased an AeroGarden Farm XL from Best Buy. It was on clearance for 50% off, so we jumped on that! When we opened up the box, we noticed all the Aero Garden seed pods in the kits had a "Sell By Date" of June of 2021. We weren't too upset with that, as we got this at a great price, so we started into the world of indoor hydroponic gardens!

We immediately planted 3 Heirloom Cherry Tomato seed pods, and 1 Golden Tomato seed pod in the left garden. In the right garden, we only planted three initially (knowing we'd be adding more based on what was doing well, etc). We planted a Black Seeded Simpson seed pod, a Chives seed pod, and a Rouge d' Hiver seed pod. The Black Seeded Simpson did great right away... the other 2 never did anything (remember, they are more than 2 years expired). AeroGarden still replaced them both, which was very impressive!
This video summarizes our experience with the Aero Garden Farm over our first 50 days. We're new to this, but have learned significantly over the first 50 days, and are hooked!
